We maintain a full service 30,000 SQFT warehouse withpalletizing capabilities for larger orders. We can forkliftfill your truck for orders over 50 pieces and ship LTL to yourlocation on pallets. Free ground shipping is included to thelower 48 states. Large freight items generally include Freeshipping to the nearest freight terminal. Home delivery offreight items is $50 per order, not per item. Our staff isavailable to ship your orders 5 days per week from 8AM to 5PMCST. Our shipping cutoff is generally around 1PM CST. Ordersplaced before 1PM CST will generally ship on the same day.Orders placed after 1PM CST will ship on the following businessday. Please allow us 1 day for processing of all items goingfreight. We will e-mail you your tracking number(s) before 5PMCST on the day it ships.

We Offer Established Dealers Drop Shipping Service
Drop shipping is encouraged. For more information on our drop shipping program Contact Us to view our drop shipping information,then fill out our drop ship dealers request form and we wille-mail you all of the details. Most any online business canqualify for our drop ship program which will entitle you tospecial low rates on each model we offer. We ship it, all youdo is send in the orders.

DHL Ground transit times are longer. We ship certain items byDHL only to prevent damage to sensitive items. We choose whichitems ship FedEx or DHL.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

**Freight Shipping: Large motorcycles,electric bicycles, ATV's and mobility scooters such as theXB-500, XB-508, XB-350, XA-750, XT-300 & others areshipping by freight carriers strapped to pallets. We useR&L Carriers for 99% of all shipments going to 47 of the 48lower states. Shipments to California will go by Yellow Freightor Central Freight. We will choose the lowest cost carrier foreach individual shipment to California. The carrier andtracking number can be found on the tracking number e-mail wesend back to you after it ships.

Expect all freight shipments (except Southern California) to goby R&L unless we contact you after the order is placed andtell you differently. Dealers are expected to visit theshippers website at http://www.gorlc.com/usa_map.asp tolocate the nearest terminal for your customers if they are notpaying $50 for delivery to their door. Customers should beaware that in many states the shipper offers only 1 or 2terminals and these could be 100's of miles away from thedelivery address. It is the dealers responsibility tocommunicate with their buyer about the terminal location.
X-Treme Scooters will ensure that each door delivery usingR&L Carriers ONLY will include a lift gate.

**ALL Freight Shipments must include the customers phonenumber. If we do not receive the correct phone number of thecustomer, the shipment will not be shipped or delivered. Thecarrier will phone the customer to schedule delivery to thedoor.

**Freight palletized shipments going to New York City zipcodes:

110-119
150-196
will incur a $100 service charge in addition to the $50 doordelivery fee. Their is no exceptions for this fee as allfreight carriers are charging $100 or more for these NYC zipcodes.

**Freight palletized shipments going to Martha's VineyardIsland zip codes:
025-026
will incur a $100 service charge in addition to the $50 doordelivery fee for transportation on the ferry to the island.Shipments picked up on the mainland at the terminal arefree.

All shipments refused at any terminal will have the shippingcosts billed back to the purchaser. Please be sure you arelocated near a terminal and has the capability of picking it upif they are not choosing the $50 optional door delivery serviceoption.

For the larger customer thatpurchases direct from our factory in China, we offer majordiscounts on container loads of scooters and we arrangeeverything for you right to your door, all you do is place theorder. In most cases the prices we can quote you will be thesame or less than any Chinese factory would quote you due toour large buying power.
Our lead time for a 20' or 40' foot container purchase is just21 days to manufacture the product, then 14 days to arrive tothe west coast. If you are located inland, we transport thecontainer by rail to the nearest rail facility in your area andthen by truck to your door. We can customize your scooters& pocket bikes with your own name on the scooter, shippingcarton & user manual we can use your logo. We include 2%free spare parts with container loads.
